Transformer Testing

ARM CAMCO offers testing on new installations and preventative maintenance on existing oil-filled and dry-type transformers.

We offer the following tests:

Transformer Turns Ratio, Doble Power Factor, Insulation Resistance, Sweep Frequency, and Oil Sampling

Cable Testing

CAMCO offers Insulation Resistance (Megger), Dielectric Withstand (HighPot), Very Low Frequency (VLF) Diagnostic Testing, and Fault Location Services. Our certified results give you peace of mind, allowing you to be certain your equipment's connections are verified.

Relay Calibration

We offer complete testing, maintenance and calibration of all types of electromechanical and solid state relays, including the software driven utility relays. CAMCO's experienced technicians give you the accuracy you need to ensure your relays and instruments are properly tested and evaluated.

Start Up & Testing

CAMCO offers complete start-up and testing services from single circuit installations to complete power generation systems. We test to your specification, so you get exactly the results you want.

Thermography

ARM CAMCO is pleased to offer infrared thermography. Infrared thermography is the science of measuring and depicting surface temperatures. It is a non-destructive, effective, convenient, and economical method of testing. ARM CAMCO has three, level-two certified infrared thermographic technicians on staff and expertly trained for the state-of-the-art Mikron, Model 7600 camera. When performing the application, they are looking for "hot spots" in electrical equipment.

Oil Analysis

CAMCO offers complete sampling and analysis of all types of Insulating Fluids, Testing includes Dissolved Gas, Oil Quality, PCP's Furanic Compounds Diagnostics, and many other specialized tests.

Ground Bed Testing

Proper Grounding in any facility can be the difference in a safe environmental, and a dangerous situation. CAMCO can provide testing to ensure your ground system is working properly. Testing includes ground restivity, fall of potential and connectivity.

Maintenance of High & Low Voltage Electrical Systems

CAMCO has all the knowledge and expertise to perform annual maintenance and testing to insure your electrical systems perform properly when needed. CAMCO has many customers that require scheduled maintenance to keep current with their insurance companies requirements.
